If you’re planning to vote in the upcoming 2025 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) but can’t return to your hometown to register, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has made it easier for you!
The Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP) is now underway, providing convenient locations for voter registration in major cities across Metro Manila from August 1 to August 7, 2025.
✅ Who Can Register?
COMELEC accepts the following applications during SRAP:
- New Voter Registration
- Change of Name or Civil Status
- Correction of Entries
- Reactivation of Voter Record
- Transfer of Registration (Overseas to Local Only)
⚠️ Note: Transfer of registration between localities is not allowed under this program.
📌 What to Bring
To register, you must present valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, UMID, etc.). Make sure your documents are complete to avoid delays.
