Prep the Chicken
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- If they’re thick, pound them lightly to even thickness (around ¾ inch) for even cooking.
Season
- Rub both sides with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on both sides of the chicken.
Preheat and Air Fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–9 minutes per side (16–18 minutes total), or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
