Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prep the Chicken
  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. If they’re thick, pound them lightly to even thickness (around ¾ inch) for even cooking.
Season

Preheat and Air Fry
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 8–9 minutes per side (16–18 minutes total), or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
