Season the Chicken
Season the Chicken: Start by seasoning your chicken with Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Make sure all sides are coated well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes to soak in the flavor.
Make the Gravy: In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until it turns a light brown color—this will form a roux, which thickens the gravy

🍄 This gravy is great for other dishes too—try it with pork chops or burger steak!
Prepare the Breading: In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. This is your breading mix.

Take each chicken piece, coat it in the breading, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it once more in the dry mix. Make sure every part is well-covered.
Fry the Chicken: Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan. Once hot, fry the chicken pieces in batches. Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides—about 8–10 minutes, depending on size. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
