  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 55 g Knorr Cream of Mushroom
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  3. Make the Gravy: In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until it turns a light brown color—this will form a roux, which thickens the gravy

  8. Take each chicken piece, coat it in the breading, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it once more in the dry mix. Make sure every part is well-covered.
  9. Fry the Chicken: Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan. Once hot, fry the chicken pieces in batches. Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides—about 8–10 minutes, depending on size. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
